Tawlti (tawlti.tn and the mobile app) lets you book a table and pay the bill at restaurants in Tunisia. This page explains what data we collect and why.
Data we collect
- Account: email address.
- Bookings: name, phone number, party size, date and restaurant.
- Payments: amount, tip and status. Card details are entered with our payment provider Konnect and never reach Tawlti.
- Loyalty points.
- Camera: only used to scan your table's QR code; no image is stored.
Use and sharing
- To confirm bookings and send them to the restaurant, process payments and compute points. We do not sell your data or use targeted advertising.
- Providers: Supabase (EU hosting), Vercel, Konnect, and Anthropic when the AI assistant is enabled.
Your rights
- You can access, correct or delete your data under Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete my account).
